The Lutheran and Anglican churches in North Vancouver are committed to working closely together. These are our proposed Vision and Mission Statements:
Vision Statement: We are Anglican and Lutheran communities of faith committed to working together in service to Christ.
Mission Statement: The purpose of collaboration between Anglican and Lutheran worshipping communities is to:
i. Rejoice in God’s love and share this joy with the world;
ii. Offer programs which facilitate people’s formation for ministry and mission;
iii. Celebrate the uniqueness of each worshipping community and provide a breadth of worship styles across the Region;
iv. Continue developing sustainable communities through collaboration, cooperation and the sharing of expertise and resources.
